I&#8217;m working on plans for a mirage 2000 for a while already.
I first made a protoype-model in google sketchup. I then unfolded everything so I had a 2D view of all the parts.
Saved it as a pdf file and printed out all pages.

<p>So after all the pages where taped together I had my BIG plan. Time to cut everything out &#8230;<br />
I made all the parts from 3mm white depron and taped both sides with fibertape. This gives the plane <strong>alot</strong> of strength even if it&#8217;s 3mm depron. Offcourse it adds some weight to the plane too.</p>
<p><strong>For glue I strongly recommend UHU POR!</strong><br />
Just put some glue on both sides, wait 5 minutes and press them together.</p>

<p>Need to find the center of gravity now and put in all electronics. She&#8217;ll then be ready for a maiden flight.<br />
Right now the wingspan is 1m30 and the length of the plane is almost 2meters!<br />
I&#8217;ll probably make the plans a little bit smaller, but for the prototype this is ok <img src='http://www.foamplans.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
